Once your order has been despatched it should reach you within 2-3 working days when selecting Royal Mail 48hr.

We also offer Royal Mail 24hr which arrives within 1-2 working days.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services. Please note, the timeframes provided are by Royal Mail themselves. Whilst 99% of orders are received within 24-48hours for 24hr, this cannot be guaranteed.

For in stock items, we are currently processing and despatching on the same working day if ordered before 12pm. If your order includes an item that is on pre-order (this will be stated on our website) the despatch time will be adjusted accordingly. Please note, all embroidered items (including our Liberty London range) are made in house by our team of Mums. As such, these are on a longer turnaround, please see below for estimated timescales:

- Liberty London 'MUMMA' or 'MAMA' Appliqué Mumma Sweatshirts- 3-5 working days.

- Liberty London initial sweatshirts (Mumma and Baby/Child Sweatshirts- 1-3 working days.

- All other embroidered items- 1-3 working days.

Currently we don’t split orders unless otherwise requested by the customer as an additional charge will be applicable.

If you do have your eye on a few different items, we suggest placing a separate order for any pre-orders if you would prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner!

We note all lead times on our website as approximate as this all depends on our manufacturer.

We rarely experience delays with our pre-orders however we do regularly update the appropriate lead times as and when we receive updates, so if you are awaiting a pre-ordered item it is worth regularly checking our website in case the lead times have changed.

We hope you love your Juno Jack’s clothing however should you wish to return this to us, please fill out the despatch paperwork and enclose it within your parcel. Please post this to us using Royal Mail (many couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses) to the PO Box address at the bottom of the page.

We do not currently offer free returns, however we will cover the postage costs when sending out an exchanged item. Please note this applies to UK orders only and we do not cover postage costs for international exchanges.

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold back any stock awaiting an exchange however please do check with us before sending your return so that we can advise whether the desired item/size you wish to exchange this for is currently in stock.

Our Multi Award-Winning Twinning Sets are sold separately, and each product will specify which item it is. We also include a link to the matching item/s in each product description if you wish to purchase the entire set.

Our hidden zips are double ended and can be opened from both sides. They can be opened as little or as much as you like, going right across if desired.

Our Breastfeeding Tops are designed to be longer than standard tops to avoid them riding up. We like to have a little additional length and after putting it to the vote, our Mumma’s do too, so voilá!

We’re always working on new ideas and will certainly be releasing more colours of our Multi Award-Winning sets with each season.

We are also working on different patterns that can be used with our unique double ended zip without the design being broken up too much by the zip access. It’s a work in progress, but we’re getting there!
